Does SOC Rotate work for follow-the-sun MSSPs?
Yes. The solver handles multi-region teams across time zones. Each tenant defines its own coverage windows and the rotation respects local working-time rules per analyst.
How quickly can we get set up?
Most teams are live within 30 minutes. You configure your shift model, add your analysts, and generate your first rotation in the same session. A guided onboarding call is available for larger teams.
What about public holidays and on-call?
Built-in calendars for 40+ regions. On-call rotations are tracked separately from primary shifts and roll into the same fairness ledger.
How does the fairness ledger actually work?
Every shift carries an unsociable-hours weight. The ledger tracks rolling 90-day totals per analyst. The solver gives the next rotation to whoever is most owed.
Can analysts swap shifts without manager approval?
Configurable. By default, peer accepts then manager approves. You can also enable full self-service swaps within the same shift type.
