How does billing work?
Your bill is a platform fee plus one charge per person, and one per office after your first. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay annually up front for a lower rate per person.
Is onboarding included?
Yes, free for every team, and it starts when you decide to go ahead after your 30-day trial. We set SOC Rotate up for you. Your first schedule is generated and reviewed with you, and your managers get a handover session, so you start with a working rotation rather than an empty account.
What counts as a site?
One site is one office your analysts work from. It carries its own timezone, and the rotations run from it belong to it. Your first office is included. A team with offices in London, New York and Singapore pays for two additional sites, because each of those is a separate operation to staff and cover.
Does the seat count change as the team changes?
Yes. Your seats are the people using SOC Rotate. Add someone and they become a seat; remove them and they stop counting from your next bill. Growing the team is never a contract renegotiation.
