What counts as a site?
One site is one office your analysts work from. It carries its own timezone, and the rotations run from it belong to it. Your first office is included, so a single-office team pays for seats and nothing else whatever their headcount. A team with offices in London, New York and Singapore pays for two additional sites, because each of those is a separate operation to staff and cover.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one person assigned shifts in a rotation. If they get shifts, they are a seat. Anyone who only builds, approves or reads the schedule and never takes a shift themselves does not consume a seat, so you are never charged for someone just running the rotation.
Does the seat count change as the team changes?
Yes. Adjust your seat count whenever your headcount moves, so growing the team is never a contract renegotiation. We will walk you through how that works on the call.
Why is there a minimum?
A 15-seat floor keeps the price honest. Below roughly 15 analysts you are usually not sustaining a real 24/7 rotation yet, and the onboarding, support and account work on our side is the same whatever the headcount. It is the only floor there is, and it is already reflected in the estimate above.
What if we have more than 80 analysts?
Then we send you a written quote. It is the same plan, the same features and nothing held back — the estimator simply stops publishing a figure above 80 seats, because rotations that size stop resembling each other and a number read off a slider would be one we had to take back. Tell us your headcount and coverage model and we will come back with a rate built around it.
