Initial release

SOC Rotate v1: auto-generated rotations, coverage and working-time enforcement, fairness tracking, leave and swap workflows, shift handover, and multi-tenant workspaces for MSSPs.

NEWRotation generator: define the shift model and the pattern each analyst walks, and the schedule is built across the horizon.
NEWCoverage rules: a minimum headcount per shift, and per tier on each shift, checked on the grid as you edit it.
NEWWorking-time policy: rest windows, consecutive nights and weekly hour caps, with presets for the EU WTD, UK WTR, US FLSA and Australian Fair Work.
NEWCoverage gap detection: any shift below its minimum is flagged on the schedule before the range is published.
NEWFairness ledger: unsociable-hours tracking per analyst over rolling windows, with every total decomposed into the shift, weekend and holiday parts that produced it.
NEWLeave requests with coverage preview: the affected shifts, the coverage they cost, and who is eligible to cover them, all before approving.
NEWTwo-stage shift swaps: the colleague accepts, then a manager approves, with the rest check run before either sees it.
NEWShift handover notes: structured incident context passed between outgoing and incoming shifts, with an ownership roster and a reminder before shift end.
NEWOn-call: runs as its own schedule layer over the main rotation, configured through the same bands.
NEWPublic holiday calendars: synced for each region you operate in, plus dates you add yourself.
NEWAudit trail: every schedule change, leave decision and swap approval logged with actor and timestamp, filterable and exportable.
NEWSchedule export: print-ready PDF and analyst-by-day CSV matrix.
NEWMulti-tenant workspaces: each client SOC gets its own shift model, calendars and analyst pool.
NEWRoles and permissions held per membership, so the same person can be a manager in one workspace and an analyst in another.
NEWNotifications: leave, swap and handover activity in the app, and by email or Slack webhook where a workspace turns them on.
IMPApproved leave and anyone on a fixed schedule survive every regeneration of the rotation.
IMPFairness ledger CSV carries the ranking and the decomposition behind it: carried and scheduled hours, each against the rotation average.
