Teams run their own workspaces

A workspace belongs to the team that runs it. You see the workspaces you have been given access to, your role is the one you were granted there, and a second team can be added by link without anyone building their rotation for them.

NEWAccess is per workspace: you see the schedules, notes, leave, swaps and on-call of the workspaces you have been given access to, and nothing of the others. Offices appear only where you can open a workspace run from them.
NEWYour role belongs to the workspace, not to the whole account. A manager of the NOC runs the NOC; on a schedule someone invited them into, they are whatever that manager made them there.
NEWSettings › Workspaces: every workspace with who manages it. Administrators can create one and name who runs it, add a manager to any workspace, and step into one themselves — which is recorded in the audit log.
NEWAdd a team by link: send a link to someone who has no login yet. They name their workspace — and the office, if you leave that to them — and run it from there. The link works once, only for the address you sent it to, and expires in seven days.
NEWAn invite can now create your login. Set a password on the invite page instead of being sent to a sign-in screen you have no account for; we email you a link to confirm the address, and nothing is granted until you open it.
NEWThe Team page shows everyone who can open the workspace, including managers who are not on the rotation, and separates taking someone off the roster from removing their access.
IMPA customer’s follow-the-sun chain is a list of workspaces rather than offices, so an office running both a SOC and a NOC no longer counts one team’s shifts towards the other team’s customer, or shows them its handovers.
IMPBeing on a chain shows you every leg: the shared handover thread, and each leg’s coverage as numbers — never another team’s roster.
IMPGlobal shows administrators the whole estate, and everyone else the workspaces they can open. An office is left without a staffing figure rather than shown one measured from only part of it.
IMPYou land on the workspace you last used, and the workspace picker disappears when you only have one.
IMPCreating offices and workspaces is an administrator’s job; running one is its manager’s.

On-call

On-call as its own schedule: roles filled by rotations of any cadence, checked against the shift schedule underneath, with gaps reported before you publish.

NEWSettings › On-call: one on-call schedule per workspace, with roles — Primary, Backup, up to four — filled by rotations of any cadence, from every few hours to monthly or a repeating pattern such as 2-2-3, on call out of hours, in business hours or around the clock.
NEWRules per schedule — never on call while on leave, rest after a night shift, most turns in a row, never two roles at once — and a choice per rotation of what happens when someone is ruled out: swap with the next person, flag it, or give it to whoever has had the least.
NEWThe On-call page: who holds each role now, a grid of turns, cover by dates or by reassigning a turn, the escalation chain, and a coverage check reporting the hours nobody holds before you publish.
NEWOn-call swaps on the Swaps page, with the same accept-then-approve flow as shift swaps.
NEWPublish a window of turns; a nightly roll-forward keeps the horizon generated and tells the day’s holders on the morning a turn begins; a read-only calendar link per schedule.
NEWOn-call shows on the overview, the schedule grid and the assistant, and counts in the fairness ledger when a schedule says so.

Leave allowances

An allowance per leave type per year, a balance for every person, and the arithmetic on every request.

NEWAllowance per leave type: days per year, granted all at year start or accrued monthly, counted in calendar days or working days (skipping days off in the working week and public holidays), carry-over with a cap, and what happens over the allowance — flag to the manager, allow, or block.
NEWBalance cards on My leave: entitled, taken, pending and remaining, and under accrual how much has accrued so far.
NEWEvery request shows what it uses and what it leaves; the review window shows the arithmetic, and approving over the allowance records the overrun on the request and in the audit log.
NEWPer-person entitlement on the member window: an override of the days, carried-over days, pro-rata for people who join mid-year.
IMPSettings › Leave now shows the saved leave types and maximum request length; it had been showing the defaults whatever was saved.

SOC Rotate v1: auto-generated rotations, coverage and working-time enforcement, fairness tracking, leave and swap workflows, shift handover, and multi-tenant workspaces for MSSPs.

NEWRotation generator: define the shift model and the pattern each analyst walks, and the schedule is built across the horizon.
NEWCoverage rules: a minimum headcount per shift, and per tier on each shift, checked on the grid as you edit it.
