Private beta

SOC Rotate is in beta.
Come and shape it.

We are taking a small group of SOC and MSSP teams onto the product early. It is free while the beta runs and 35% off your first year afterwards, but the reason to join is simpler than either: what you tell us changes what gets built.

Scheduling a 24/7 floor has more edge cases than any one team has seen. Rest rules after nights, coverage that has to chain between offices, fairness that survives being questioned in a one-to-one. We would rather find out where ours is wrong from people running it for real than guess.

No card. Access arrives by email, not after a demo.

The offer

What you get for being early.

Four things, all of which we can actually honour at this size.

  • Free during the beta

No card, no invoice, no trial clock counting down in the corner. When the beta ends you get 35% off your first year at the published rate, and you will know that number long before it applies.

  • A direct line, not a ticket queue

You get the person building the product. When your rotation needs something it does not do yet, that conversation happens with whoever can go and write it, and you hear back either way.

  • Features before everyone else

New capability lands with the beta group first. You see it while it is still cheap to change, which is the only point at which your opinion of it can alter the result.

  • Founding member

The MSSP world is small and it remembers who was early. Founding teams are credited as such wherever we describe who shaped the product, and never without asking you first.

The ask

What we want back, in full, with nothing else hidden underneath it.

Run a real rotation on it. Not a toy month with three invented analysts, but the actual shift model you are running now, alongside whatever you use today until you trust it.

Tell us when it is wrong. The useful message is not "this is broken" but "our leads cannot take nights two weeks running and it just scheduled that". Those are the ones that change the product.

Half an hour every few weeks, if you can spare it. Optional, and nobody is dropped from the beta for being too busy to take the call.

That is the whole ask. No case study you are obliged to sign off, no logo on the homepage unless you offer it, and no clause that turns feedback into free consultancy.

Fit

Whether this is worth your time.

A good fit
  • You run a 24/7 or extended-hours rotation with coverage you are contractually on the hook for.
  • You schedule across more than one client account, office or timezone.
  • Your rotation lives in a spreadsheet, and everyone on the team knows it.
  • You want the rotation to be the same process every month, not whatever last month’s spreadsheet became.
  • You have views on fairness, night-shift rest, and who has taken the last three weekends.
Not yet
  • You are scheduling a weekday nine-to-five team, or the same people sit on the same shift month after month.
  • You’re rostering guards, field engineers or nurses etc… The rules here are built around SOC coverage and SLAs.
  • You want something to route security alerts or page whoever is on call for an incident. It tells people about their shifts, but it does not sit in your alerting path. Paging built around SOC escalation is on the roadmap, so tell us if that is what you need.

If you are in the second column today, that is fine and we would still rather know. Tell us what would have to be true and we will come back when it is.

Beta FAQ

The questions worth asking first.

Something here not covered? Ask us directly.

What happens when the beta ends?
We tell you well before it does, not on the day. You get 35% off your first year at the standard rate published on the pricing page, and if you decide it is not for you, you export your schedule history and leave. Nothing converts automatically and there is no card on file to charge.
How many teams are you taking?
A small number, chosen to cover genuinely different shift models and team sizes rather than to hit a figure. Few enough that everyone in it gets a real conversation. If we are full when you apply we will say so rather than leave you on a list.
Is it feature-complete?
No, and saying otherwise would waste your time and ours. The scheduling core is built and in daily use: rotation generation, coverage gap detection, leave and swaps, handovers, on-call and the audit trail. What is still moving is the edges, and what the first cohort tells us is missing. Ask us about anything specific before you commit a live rotation to it.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Not to start, and not when the beta ends unless you decide to carry on. There is nothing to cancel if you walk away.
